At DDG Parters I worked between the design office and construction site on multiple luxury condo developments in Manhattan, primarily 12 E Warren St. in Tribeca and 180 E 88th St., a 500’ tower on the Upper East Side. As part of DDG’s design-build approach my work was closely connected to on-site construction processes.The E 88th project was just breaking ground so I worked on the final design schemes for the entrance corridor, lobby and sales showroom. 12 E Warren was much further along in the construction process so many of my responsibilities included site evaluation and translating design metrics between construction management and the design office.
